  • I take direction well. Hand me an existing brand guide and I'll match it closely and run without much hand-holding. Hand me a rough direction and I'll ask the right questions first, who’s the audience, where will the piece live, and fill in the gaps from there.

    I don't get attached to my own drafts. When a creative director redirects me, I pick up the new direction and go. I've done that on industries I'd never designed for, with audiences that were new to me, and gotten there in a few rounds.

    I chase what I need. Deadlines help me prioritize, and I'd rather follow up one more time than let a project stall quietly.

    And I hand off clean. Every file type you need, sorted by version and color, with a plain-language guide to what each format is for. No mystery files.
